Dr. James received his B.S. in Economics from Auburn University and his doctor of optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Alabama Optometric Association.
Dr. Staup has been practicing optometry for over 24 years and specializes in treating ocular disease and working with contact lens patients.
He is married to Dewanna Staup and with their three children, enjoys family time and watching Auburn football.
